Finding your path in life isn’t always easy. For Personal Suns co-founder Sandra Koutzenko, finding the right career project – and then the right entrepreneurial project – took a lot of time and effort. She was interested in many things, she was struggling to sort through all her options and find the one that would be right for her. She also found it challenging to take the first step and was unsure how to manage the financial risks associated to entrepreneurship.
Over the years, with the support of Polina Yordanova (Personal Suns co-Founder and business coach), Sandra came-up with the tools and techniques to build a professional project she loved and believed in. Along the way, she also discovered how to address the most common challenges faced by ambitious professionals on the way to career success, and how to build the core capabilities that are needed to support yourself through the process of career transformation.
She decided to share everything she had learnt with others who are facing similar challenges, so they can accelerate the design of their professional project and find the confidence to take action. That’s how the Ruby Path program was born.

The Rainbow Approach is an innovative coaching framework for personal and professional development. It can be applied to individuals as well as to whole businesses. With the Rainbow Approach, you will be invited to journey through your career by diving deeply into seven core areas.
A Result-Oriented Framework
The seven modules in the Rainbow Approach have been precisely defined to cover all the core areas that are essential to improving yourself personally and professionally.
Within each module, you will be invited to immerse yourself in a specific area of yourself through interactive exercises, associations and experiences. This method brings fun, playfulness and creativity into the process of developing yourself and your career. As a result, you will unlock your creativity, get in touch with your inner knowledge and reach transformative breakthroughs with ease.
In addition, each module will bring you a range of practical business and leadership tools through which you will be able to improve specific areas of your professional capabilities.
And because taking care of yourself is essential to being successful, each module includes mindfulness techniques that you can use to stay balanced in your life.

She is a senior leader in two businesses and is an expert at building successful company functions. Her versatile mind has brought her into various core aspects of entrepreneurship, including strategy, operations, product management, marketing, talent and customer relationships. Incidentally, Sandra is also a published writer.
