Polina Yordanova, PCC, ECPC

Polina has more than 20 years of managerial experience in a variety of multinational IT companies. She has managed teams of 50+ team members.

As of 2011 she focussed her energy and passion on the leadership development for top executives, managers and teams by using solution-focussed coaching approach in Bulgaria, Germany and United Kingdom.

She has a Master degree in Mathematics, Information Technology and Pedagogy from the University of Sofia “St. Kliment Ohridski”. She is an active member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and holds a certification for Professional Certified Coach (PCC). In addition, she is certified professional coach by Erickson College International (ECPC).

Since 2019 Polina is a certified facilitator for LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®
