We want you to have it all. We believe that a healthy, joyful and fulfilled life is successful in all areas, not just one or two. That’s why, unlike the targeted personal growth courses which focus on one specific aspect of you, our solutions empower you to improve everything.
That’s the mindset behind the Rainbow Approach: the coaching and personal development method we teach in all our courses and seminars. The Rainbow Approach was created by Polina Yordanova. It’s based on her years of experience as a coach, as well as knowledge drawn from Eastern well-being philosophies and practices.
Regardless of the program you choose, the Rainbow Approach takes you through seven modules, which each represent an area of your personal growth. Each of these areas is associated to a colour, an element and a part of your body.
This gives you the opportunity to journey within yourself and create your ideal reality from within, one small step at a time.
THE COMPANY
Our Story
We are a team of two entrepreneurs who are passionate about personal development and learning. We met in 2014 through a business venture that aimed to bring career development and learning services to consultants in the IT sector. From there, we built a strong working relationship and a lasting friendship around our shared desire to constantly improve ourselves and to support others to do the same.
We realised that we both wanted to bring the power of coaching, personal growth and well-being techniques to as wide an audience as possible, and that’s how Personal Suns was born. The company was founded in September 2020. Its aim is to bring personal development solutions that easily integrate in today’s lifestyle, leveraging today’s technology, to bring out long-term, lasting fulfilment.

Managing Director – Coaching
Polina Yordanova
Polina is a dynamic, energetic and creative business leader who is involved in several successful companies. She has over 20 years of managerial experience in a variety of multinational companies, and almost 10 years of experience as a business and persona coach across Bulgaria, Germany and the United Kingdom.
She is an active member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC). In addition, she is a certified professional coach by Erickson College International (ECPC) and a certified facilitator for LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®.
Managing director – Operations
Sandra Koutzenko
Sandra is a learning and development leader and career advisor. She has over 12 years of professional experience across roles involving learning and training, HR, product management, project management and business operations.
She has a track record of building and expanding successful company functions in a start-up or small business setting, with a focus on learning and training solutions.
She is also a certified Reiki practitioner as well as the published co-author of a non-fiction book about Frances Kelsey, the FDA doctor who saved the USA from Thalidomide.
