The Rainbow Approach combines mindfulness and leadership teachings to enable you to reach your own state of success, happiness and flow. With the LeaderSHIFT through MINDfulness program, you will gain two sets of complementary assets to improve all aspects of your life.

By building your mindfulness capabilities, you will be able to open up to the reality around you – so you can accept it, enjoy it and make the most of it. The framework will build up your resistance to negative thought patterns (yours and other people’s) and shift you into a state of openness and positivity.

How do we do this? Through building up seven sets of capabilities within you, which together cover all areas of your personal and professional growth.

The Rainbow Approach offers you to explore each area of yourself by creating an immersive experience based on associations. Each personal development area (or theme) is associated to a colour, an element and a part of your body. In each area, you will overcome a specific challenge (or demon) and gain a set of new capabilities (or gift).

This unique methodology works like a journey into yourself. The variety of associations, coaching tools, exercises, discussions and experiences in each module is designed to open up new ways of thinking. New ways of seeing your challenges, your goals, your surroundings, so you can build your own version of success, step by step.
Learning Content
The LeaderSHIFT through MINDfulness framework is organised in seven modules (plus an intro and summary), and built on a dynamic and interactive model.
While the overall structure is consistent, each LeaderSHIFT through MINDfulness program or seminar is unique. Our framework flexibly adjusts to the needs of the group so that everyone gets the most out of the sessions.
Unlike most other personal and professional development methods, our approach is both holistic and versatile: covering all areas of your leadership growth as well as teaching you a wide range of tools and techniques.

I Am
Mission, Values, Goals
This first module is associated with the colour Red and the element Earth. Its goal is to connect you to your true identity and your mission in life, so you can create a strong foundation for your life goals.

Module 2 is associated with the colour Orange and the element Water. Its goal is to build your emotional intelligence and resilience so you can be at peace with your emotions. You will also learn how to create a sense of flow in every area of your life.
